Losing weight is hard. It often means changing your lifestyle, eating less, or engaging in a brutal exercise regimen. The search for an easier way to lose weight has led to a slew of “fad diet” pills and weird diet regimens, like the cabbage soup diet.

I don’t want to eat a steady diet of cabbage soup, and I doubt that you do, either.

I recently came across a site called FatLoss4Idiots. This site promised some unusual things for a weight loss site - weight loss of 9 pounds every 11 days, while being able to eat four meals a day and not being hungry all the time.

That sounded interesting, so I decided to take a closer look.

There were four things I wanted to know about Fat Loss 4 Idiots:

  • Is the program easy to use?
  • Is it reasonably priced?
  • Is it just fad diet book?
  • Can I get started right away?

Many diets have the same flaw - the put you on a steady diet of the same kind of food. It may be all protein or all carb-free, but you end up eating the same thing, over and over. Your body gets used to that, and after a while, the diets fail to work. Even if you pretty much quit eating altogether, you’ll eventually stop losing weight as your body adjusts to your change in diet.

With that in mind, FatLoss4Idiots takes a different approach. Using their diet generator, you get 11 days of different meals that you eat four times a day. There is plenty of variety and you’ll eat often enough that you won’t be hungry all the time. The system is affordable and easy to follow.

The menus are healthy, and tend towards low fat, high protein meals. The types of foods that you eat over the course of the eleven day period vary enough that your body can never get used to the diet and therefore can’t compensate for it like it will when you eat one kind of food all the time.

There is even an occasional “cheat” period where you can eat anything you like!

This product has become very successful, and for good reasons:

  • You can eat a variety of foods
  • You can eat often enough that you’ll usually feel full and not hungry all the time
  • You can occasionally eat anything you like
  • You don’t have to eat cabbage soup. ;)

As with any diet plan, you have to stick to it. Providing the willpower to stay with it is up to you. With the advantages of this system over other “fad diets”, you should find it easy to stick with it. And sticking with it is what gets results.
